摘要 制备了高性能环氧粘结剂,对其合成工艺及性能进行了研究,考察了温度对树脂反应活性的影响;以无碱玻璃纤维浸胶布复合410型Nomex纸经高温热压成型,制备了1 000 MW超超临界汽轮发电机整长式转子匝间绝缘垫条,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:匝间绝缘垫条的性能完全满足国外同类产品的技术要求,达到国内先进水平。 A high performance epoxy adhesive was prepared and its synthetic technique and properties were studied, and the effect of temperature on the activity of the resin was investigated. An interturn insulation spacer for 1000MW ultra-supercriticality turbogenerator rotor was prepared using E-fiber glass fabric compound 410 Nomex paper, and its properties were studied. The results show that the properties of the intertum insulation spacer can meet the technique requirements of foreign similar product, which attain domestic advanced level.
