摘要
通过研究不同的环氧树脂及酸酐类固化剂体系对材料性能的影响,开发出新型固态环氧树脂与改性液态酸酐固化剂,并对其热性能及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该新型环氧浇注材料的玻璃化转变温度达到145℃,拉伸强度达到85 MPa,且随温度变化显示出稳定的特性,断裂韧性高达2.17 MN/mm3/2,具有长期的耐静载荷能力,115℃高温蠕变试验外推其30年后的高温断裂强度仍然超过20 MPa。
By studying the effect of various epoxy resin and anhydride curing agent system on the proper- ties of materials, a novel solid state epoxy resin and modified liquid anhydride were developed, and the heat-resistance and mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results show that the glass transition temperature of the novel material is 145 ~C, the tensile strength attains 85 MPa and the fracture toughness is up to 2.17 MN/mm~/2. The novel material has stable characteristic with the change of temperature and long-term static load resistance ability. The 115℃ high temperature creep test shows that the fracture failure strength at high temperature is more than 20 MPa after 30 years.
