快干型改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备和性能研究

摘要 采用自制M改性不饱和聚酯和丙烯酸改性环氧树脂配制出快干型绝缘树脂,并与传统有溶剂绝缘树脂和国外同类产品进行性能对比。结果表明:改性聚酯树脂可低温快速固化,其固化物具有介电性能优异、粘结性好等优点,其干燥性、介电性能、储存稳定性等与国外同类产品相当,可以替代国外产品。 A quick-drying insulating resin was prepared through self-made M modified unsaturated polyester and acrylic acid modified epoxy, and then its properties were compared with that of the traditional solvent insulating resin and foreign similar product. The results show that the modified polyester resin can fast cure at low temperature, and the cured polyester resin has excellent dielectric property and good ad- hesive property. The drying properties, dielectric property and storage stability of the insulating resin are equivalent to the level of the foreign similar product, which can replace the foreign product.
