2,5-双(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)甲苯及其聚酰亚胺薄膜的合成与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 用甲基氢醌和2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯通过亲核取代及还原反应合成出了一种二胺单体2,5-双(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)甲苯(DATHQ-2TF),采用该二胺单体和1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB)分别与1,2,3,4-环丁烷四甲酸二酐(CBDA)反应制得聚酰胺酸(PAA),再经过热酰亚胺化制备出了聚酰亚胺薄膜PI-1和PI-2,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:两种薄膜均具有非常好的综合性能,薄膜在450 nm处的透光率都在80%以上,5%热分解温度均超过430℃,且都具有良好的溶解性能。由于甲基的引入使得PI-1薄膜比PI-2薄膜具有更好的溶解性,但光学透明性和热性能稍有下降。 A diamine monomer 2,5-bis(2-trifluoromethy-4-aminophenoxy)toluene(DATHQ-2TF) was synthe- sized by nucleophilic substitution and reduction reaction between methylhydroquinone and 2-chloro-5-nitro benzotrifluoride. Two polyamide acid(PAA) solutions were prepared by the diamine monomer and 1,4-bis (2-trifluoromethyl-4-aminophenoxy)benzene(6FAPB) reacting with 1,2,3,4-cyclobutane dianhydride(CBDA) re- spectively, and then two polyimide (PI-1 and PI-2) films were prepared by thermal imidization, and their structure and properties were studied. The results show that the two PI films show excellent comprehen- sive performance with good solubility property, and the transmittance of the PI films at 450nm is over 80%, the 5% thermal decomposition temperature is over 430 ~C. Due to the introduction of-CH3 in PI-1, the PI-1 film has better solubility than PI-2 film, but its optical transparency and heat-resistance reduce slightly.
