基于Labview的丝网反应器研发

摘要 运用热天平研究煤的CO2,H2O气化反应动力学存在诸如加热速率低,煤粒堆积,反应气体未直接穿过煤粒层等诸多问题,这与气化炉内实际工况下的气化过程不相符。丝网反应器可以有效解决以上问题。东方电气中央研究院新能源与发电技术研究所通过自主研发,搭建了基于Labview Real-Time的丝网反应器。 There exist a series of problems when using the thermal balance research of coal gasification reaction kinetics in the presence of CO2, H2O, such as low rate of heating, coal panicle deposition, reactive gas being not directly blowing through the grained coal, which do not conform to actual conditions in the gasification furnace. A wire mesh reactor based on Labview Real-Time is developed at the Central Research Academy of Dongfang Electric Corporation to solve the above said problems.
