摘要
在两个不同电厂的烟气脱硫控制系统的工程设计、实践的基础上,对比研究DCS与PLC在工程应用中的实践效果,笔者认为DCS和PLC系统于烟气脱硫项目控制系统均是可行的,但必须注意工程实践中在两种系统的选择上,需要考虑到与电厂原本的控制系统的兼容性、投资成本以及与上位系统的通讯便捷性等多方面综合因素,以求实现在符合工程实际的控制要求的控制水平下提高电厂自动化水平的目的。
Based on the designing and application of control system in the flue gas desulfurization for two different power plants, this paper compares and analyses the effect of DCS and PLC systems in actual application, concluding that it is feasible to use DCS and PLC systems in flue gas desulfurization engineering. However the compatibility of the two control systems for power plant, the cost of project and the capability of communication with management system should be considered, in order to enhance the level of automation of powerplant.
