摘要
阐述了1000 MW等级汽轮机汽缸铸钢件ZG14Cr1Mo1VTiB(KT5106S8)的熔炼生产情况。通过中频炉新料法熔炼浇注和EAF+LF熔炼浇注两次试验,检测钢中气体含量,摸索Ti、B易氧化元素的收得率,进行热处理及补焊试验等,验证了EAF+LF+VD洁净熔炼、洁净浇注生产模式,指导首套汽缸正式生产取得成功。
This paper introduces the melting of ZGI4Crl Mol VTiB ( KT5106S8) used in the cylinder casting of 1000 MW class turbine. In the process of the two experiments of new material melting and pouring with Medium Frequency and EAF + LF, the gas concentration in steels is detected, the yield rate of Ti and B which is easily oxidized is obe^evd and the experiment of heat treatment and repair welding experiment is conducted and so on. It verifies the production method of clean melting and clean casting by EAF + LF + VD. which instructs the production of the first cylinder and helps us obtain high quality steel castings.
