摘要 介绍了M701F3型机组启动前吹扫时间的设置,论述并对比了国际上有关余热锅炉及燃气轮机排气系统吹扫的安全标准。以杭州锅炉厂NG-M701F-R余热锅炉为例,分别依据不同的吹扫安全标准,对M701F3型机组启动前吹扫时间进行了计算,讨论了进一步缩短吹扫时间提高效率的弹性吹扫方案的可行性。 MTO1F3 C/C unit needs a purge for 550s before ignition to start up its operation. In order to minimize energy, consumption for the safety, some industrialized contries have enacted related standards to guide the gas turbine industrial development. By applying several international industrial standards to M701F3 C/C unit which combines an NG-MTO1F-R HRSG produced by Hangzhou Boiler Corporation of China, this paper adjusts the most efficient setting, and discusses the further adjustment feasibility.
