摘要
目的了解成都市新农村社区居民饮食健康状况,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过分层随机抽样方法抽取成都市6个社区的176位居民,采用统一的调查问卷对其进行无记名调查。结果成都市新农村54%的居民在购买食物时检查包装,23.9%的居民不清楚处理熟食和生食时使用不同用具,不同地理环境居民的饮食健康相关行为率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成都市新农村社区居民饮食健康相关知识知晓率和行为形成率较低,应加强健康教育和行为干预。
Objective To understand the status of healthy diet in new type rural community in Chengdu, and to provide scientific evidence for effective intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 6 rural communities in Chengdu to investigate 176 residents selected with stratified random sampling method. Results A portion of 54% respondents checked the package before buying the food, 23.9% was unclear of u- sing different utensils to handle cooked food and raw food. Among residents of different regions, the rate of diet - related behavior was different, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Due to low level awareness of healthy food knowledge and unhealthy behavior among residents in new type rural community in Chengdu, it is necessary to strengthen health education and behavior intervention.
