2006-2010年四川省疾病预防控制中心获奖科技成果分析

Scientific Achievements of Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention,2006-2010

目的对四川省疾病预防控制中心2006-2010年获奖科技成果进行回顾与分析,为加强科研能力和管理、强化学科建设提供参考依据。方法按照获奖成果的等级、专业学科领域、经费来源、单位协助、主要完成人员的年龄、职称、学历以及成果推广应用等方面进行统计分析。结果 2006-2010年共有获奖科技成果15项,年均获奖3项;以省部级奖励为主(66.67%);专业学科分布为传染病、寄生虫病、地方病、慢病、卫生毒理和卫生管理,以传染病、寄生虫病比例最高(73.33%);科研团队成员以本单位内和相同专业内为主;成果第一完成人中,年龄最大56岁,最小38岁,平均年龄47.13岁,均具有高级技术职称,学历以本科和大专及以下者居多(73.33%);成果推广以公开发表论文为主,共发表论文473篇,最多的1项成果发表122篇,最少的1项发表9篇,平均每项成果发表31.53篇;获奖成果为应用性、软科学研究,主要取得的是社会效益和间接经济效益,未能产生直接经济效益。结论四川省疾控中心2006-2010年获奖科技成果主要为省部级,传染病和寄生虫病专业为主,成果第1完成人年龄偏大、职称较高,学历不高。应强化科研意识,培养科研人才队伍,不断提升获奖成果数量和质量。巩固和加强优势学科的建设,带动科研弱势学科的发展。

Objective To retrospect and analyze the research achievements obtained by Sichuan Center for DiseaseControl and Prevention from 2006 to 2010, and to provide evidence to strengthen the science research and to re- inforce discipline construction. Methods Relevant factors were analyzed with statistical methods. Results There were totally 15 research achievement awards during the period, averagely 3 per year and mainly at provincial and ministerial levels （66. 67% ）. Most of the subjects distributed in infectious diseases, parasitic diseases, endemic diseases, chronic diseases, health toxicology and health management, among which infectious diseases and parasitic diseases accounted for the highest proportion （73.33 % ）. Most of the research directors had sen- ior professional title and diploma, with ages ranged 38 -56, averagely 47.13 years old. Achievements mainlyrelied on published papers, 473 biggest amount of published achievement was 122 and the papers in total. The papers of a single least was 9, averagely 31.53. The achievements were mainly applied and soft science researches and achieved social benefits and indi- rect economic benefits, yet failed to produce direct eco-nomic benefits. Conclusion Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention should further strengthen the consciousness of scientific research personnel, measures were proposed as strengthening the training for research personnel, improving the quality and quantity of research achievements, solidifying struction of dominant disciplines, motivating the development of vulnerable subjects and strengthening the con- and focusing on scientific cooperation as well as improving the competitiveness.
