摘要 为了提高重要用电设备的供电可靠性,国家现行标准、规范对其供配电系统设置备用电源自动投入装置及转换开关电器(TSE)都有相关规定。目前业内对TSE应用于重要用电设备的供电方面存在着一些盲目性,反映出用户配电站、变电站、配电装置中中压备用电源的自动投入装置、低压母联自动投入装置、TSE的配置及对供电可靠性的影响的研究尚有不少工作需做。从电网、发电设备、电源自动投入装置配置的工作状态对供电可靠性的影响入手,依据公用电网"N-1"准则、电力公司重要客户的两路电源供电、消防要求柴油发电机30s内供电要求,分析和厘清电源自动投入装置对重要用电负荷供电的作用。 In order to improve the reliability of power supply for key electric equipments, provisions on application of automatic switching devices for standby power supply and transfer swtiching equipment (TSE) to the power suppply and distribution system under currnet national standards and specifications are available for reference. At present, the application of TSE to key electric equipments for power supply is blind to some extent, indicating that quite a few researches on the automatic switching devices for MV standby power supply, automatic switching devices for LV bus tie breaker and TSE configuration at the distribution substation, transformer substation and power distribution unit as well as their influences on reliability of power supply are required. Based on the influences of power grid, generating equipments and automatic switching devices for power supply on reliability of power supply, the influences of automatic switching devices on power supply for key electrical load are analyzed and clarified in accordance with the "N- 1" rule of public grid, two-way of power supply and fire control requirements of important clients of electric power companies and power supply requirements of diesel generator within 30 s.
