摘要
结合抓毛摇粒绒织物用于户外服装保暖层的作用分析织物热湿传递机理,基于此,以梯形异形丝DTY、三角形HOY丝、普通DTY为毛圈纱,以3种不同线密度的普通涤纶长丝(DTY)为地纱,在利达毛圈机上编织出9种反包毛圈织物,分别测试了它们的热阻和湿阻。结果表明:地纱线密度越大,试样的热阻越大,保暖性越好,反之,试样的湿阻越小,透湿性越好;三角形HOY涤纶长丝因其低沸水收缩率和异形截面形状用于开发摇粒绒产品,具有厚而轻、保暖、透湿的优点,是户外服装保暖层面料的较优选择。
Based on the principle of thermal and moist transfer of fabrics when the polar fleece knitted fabrics are used in the warm-keeping layer of outdoor clothes, the paper develops 9 kinds of terry loop knitted fabrics on the Li Da terry knitting machine by using the terry yams inter-knitted with cross-sectional ladder shape DTY filaments, cross-sectional triangle shape HOY filaments, common DTY filaments, and the ground yams inter-knitted with common DTY filaments of three different linear densities. Meanwhile, the thermal resistance and the moist resistance are tested. The results show that the higher the linear density of ground yarn is, the better fabrics, thermal resistance and heat retention properties will be; otherwise, the lower its moist resistance and the better its moist permeability will be. The polar fleece fabric knitted with triangle cross-sectional shape HOY filaments with lower boiling water shrinkage bears good light in weight, heat retention and moist permeability, which is suitable for producing the warm-keeping layer of outdoor clothes.
