摘要
在德国迈耶.西电脑提花单面大圆机上,采用纯棉仿麻竹节纱开发出一款兼具棉纤维手感舒适、吸湿透气,以及挺括、爽滑等麻类织物风格的针织面料,介绍其原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺。并对织物水洗后外观,顶破强力,耐皂洗色牢度,耐干摩擦色牢度,耐湿摩擦色牢度,耐汗渍色牢度,耐水色牢度,耐光色牢度,耐光、汗复合色牢度,抗起毛起球性能,甲醛含量以及pH值进行了测量,结果表明:采用纯棉仿麻竹节纱开发的针织面料各项性能指标均符合国家一等品的检测标准,适合开发夏季穿着的凉爽、挺滑、舒适型T恤衫。
The paper develops a kind of new knitted fabric by using linen-simulated pure cotton slubby yarn on the German Mayer&Cie computerized jacquard single jersey circular knitting machine, which possesses soft-hand, moisture absorption and air-permeability as cotton, while shape retention and smoothness as linen. It introduces in detail the choice of raw material, knitting technology and dyeing technology. Meanwhile, the appearance after washing, bursting strength, soaping fastness, dry rubbing fastness, wet rubbing fastness, sweat fastness, washing fastness, light fastness, light and perspiration fastness, pilling-resistance property, formaldehyde content and pH value are all tested. It points out that the performances of the knitted fabric made in this paper can meet the national first-class product testing standards, which is suitable for development of T-shirts for summer time with cool, smooth and comfortable properties.
