腈棉织物中性一浴法染色工艺实践

Practice of One Bath Dyeing Process for Acrylic/Cotton Fabrics

日本化药公司生产的缓冲剂AC-608对酸碱环境具有较强的缓冲能力,可维持染浴pH值在中性范围内。使用缓冲剂AC-608,结合日本化药公司的CN型活性染料以及上海庆成染料厂的SD型分散阳离子染料,就可实现中性条件下的腈棉织物一浴法染色加工工艺。结果显示,此一浴法染色工艺对织物强力基本无影响,且与两浴两步法相比,有较多优势。

Buffer Agent AC-608 possesses good buffer ability for the acid and alkali environment, which could support dyeing bath maintaining at neutral conditions. Thus, one bath dyeing process under neutral conditions for acrylic/cotton fabrics can be achieved by using Buffer Agent AC-608, and CN Type Reactive Dyes produced by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd.. as well as Dispersing Type Cationic Dyes produced by Shanghai Qingcheng Dyeing Factory. The results show that this one bath dyeing process almost has no effect on the strength of acrylic/cottion fabrics, and has more advantges than two steps two bathes dyeing process.
