涤棉针织物练染一体化新工艺

Scouring and Dyeing Integrative New Process of Polyester/Cotton Knitted Fabrics

Argazol NF型中性活性染料,可与Artelon AQE型分散染料配套使用,再结合精练染色一浴剂M-191A,实现对涤棉织物的练染一体化新工艺。与涤棉传统前处理、染色工艺相比,新工艺所得织物的色牢度、染色深度(K/S值)与传统工艺的相当;另外,由于精练染色一浴剂M-191A不具有双氧水的漂白效果,所以在染浅色时新工艺所得的鲜艳度不及传统工艺的,但新工艺在染中、深色时优势明显。

Argazol NF is one kind of neutral reactive dyes and can be used with matched Artelon AQE type disperse dyes. Scouring and dyeing integrative new process will be realized by using these two kinds of dyes as well as scouring and dyeing one bath agent M-191A for polyester/cotton knitted fabrics. Compared with traditional pretreatment and dyeing process, color fastness and K/S value of fabrics treated by the new process are the same with that of traditional process; meanwhile, as scouring and dyeing one bath agent M-191 A does not possess bleaching property as hydrogen peroxide, fabrics brightness of new process are not as good as that of traditional process in dyeing light color; however, new process has obvious advantages in dyeing middle and deep color process.
