通过市场调研,确定出影响针织服装裁剪作业总时间的相关要素为铺料时间、断料时间、划样时间、裁剪时间、操作准备时间、打号验片时间和分扎时间,进而找出影响各因素的相关子要素,并利用统计软件对裁剪作业总时间与铺料时间、分扎时间、划样时间、打号时间、裁剪时间等进行相关性分析和回归分析,建立了各个要素加工时间的计算公式,以及裁剪作业总时间的计算模型。进一步推导出裁剪作业总加工时间与铺料层数、套排件数、打号件数之间的关系公式。该公式可用于预估针织服装裁剪的生产能力,为现代服装企业裁剪工程的精细化管理,提高裁剪工程的工作效率提供了理论依据和指导意义。
The paper presents the main seven correlation factors which influence the cutting operation time of knitted apparel through market research, including spreading fabric, broken material, laying-down, cutting, preparing, marking inspection and parcel time. The correlation and regression analysis are introduced between the cutting operation time and other factors by using statistical software, and also the calculation formula and model of processing time for various elements and cutting total time are established. Based on this, the relationship between cutting total time and spreading fabric layer, layout numbers and marking numbers. This model can be applied to forecast production capacity on cutting of knitted apparel, which can provide theoretical guides for modem clothing detailed management and improving the work efficiency.
