摘要
非接触式三坐标测量机是把光学、机械和计算机控制技术融为一体的高精度、高效率、功能强大的测量设备,对于加工中心、数控机床加工的零件检测和制造过程中对形状复杂、公差要求严格的零件检测都特别有效,给数控机床的工装夹具和刀具位置的调整及加工程序补偿提供最有效且精确的数据。实际工作中发现,由于短圆弧工件选取测试采集点比较集中,按照传统的测试方法效果不尽如人意。为此,研究测量短圆弧方法,解决实际测试误差显得至关重要。着重对短圆弧测量误差理论数据进行分析,提出工作中切实可行的测量方法。
Non-contact coordinate measuring machine integrated optics, machinery, and computer control tech- nology, is a high-precision, high efficiency, powerful measuring equipment, which is particularly effective for parts detection of machining centers and CNC machining, and parts detection of complex shape and demanding tolerance in manufacturing process, and provides the most efficient and accurate data for adjusting the position of the fixtures and the tools of CNC machine, and compensating processing procedures. Actual work finds that test collection points selected by short-arc workpiece are more concentrated, so the effect is unsatisfactory if u- sing the traditional test method. To this end, the study on measuring short-arc method to solve the actual test error is vitally important. The theoretical data of the short-arc measurement errors are analyzed, and a measurement method is presented in the practical work.
