摘要
机械振动是移动硬盘在使用过程中不可避免的一种情况,而剧烈振动可能导致盘片滑移,产生较大的位置误差,进而影响磁盘伺服控制性能,降低磁头读写速度。为此,提出了一种基于磁头运动规律的磁盘滑移分析方法,以便在磁头寻址之前估计对应的位置误差,并减轻伺服控制负担,提高控制性能。
Mechanical vibration on mobile hard disk is inevitable in the practical usage, and violent vibration may cause disk slip with significant position error, which will affect the performance of the disk servo control, lower the magnetic head reading and writing speed. So an analysis method based on the motion law of magnetic head is proposed in order to effectively estimate the resulting position error prior to the seeking operation and reduce the burden of servo control with improved control performance.
