基于地磁模型的磁罗盘输出校正算法

摘要 介绍了一种利用地球磁场模型校正磁罗盘输出误差的方法。首先介绍了受到广泛认可的地球磁场模型,指出了利用该模型校正磁罗盘输出误差的可能途径。接着在分析磁罗盘的工作原理及其误差校正方法的基础上,给出了利用世界地磁模型所提供的参数进一步降低磁罗盘输出误差的方法。最后通过实验验证了采用地磁模型参数校正磁罗盘输出误差的实际效果。实验表明,采用地磁模型校正后,能使磁罗盘输出的方位相对于实际值的误差的方差从0.1343°降低到0.0612°。 A calibration algorithm for output of magnetic compass based on world magnetic model (WMM) is introduced. Firstly, the popularly accepted WMM is introduced, possible calibration ways to magnetic compass by utilizing this model are listed. Then on the basis of measurement, computation, and calibration principles of a normal magnetic compass, a calibration method for enhancing the measurement precision of magnetic compass with the help of parameters provided by WMM is proposed. Lastly, the practical effect of the proposed calibra- tion algorithm is verified by experiments. It shows that the variance of measurement errors of a magnetic com- pass with WMM information based calibration reduces from 0. 1343° to 0. 0612°, compared with that without WMM information.
