摘要
征信法的建构已成为解决信用问题的首要之举。据此,我国学者对有关征信立法问题做了大量研究,取得了一系列研究成果。总结厘清我国有关征信立法的研究成果和脉络,对于推动相关研究创新意义重大。
The construction of credit law has become the first task to solve the credit problem. Therefore, Chinese scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the relevant legislation and made a series of research results. It＇ s of great significance to summarize and clarify research results and the context of credit reference legislation for promoting the research innovation.
