摘要
由微博推动的具有显著网络特征的当今时代被称之为"微时代"。这个时代,大学生更加深入和全面地彰显个性。继承和创新高校思想政治教育工作模式,主动适应"微时代"特征,是加强和改进此项工作的现实需要。高校思想政治教育工作者要保持在思想和行动上的与时俱进,充分利用好微博、微信等网络平台,主动占领"微阵地",加强"微互动",关注"微生活",激发"微动力",积极应对"微时代"对大学生思想政治教育工作带来的新挑战。
The present era is a MicroAge in which people use new media to communicate with each other.Today,college students show their personality fully.To strengthen and optimize the work of college students’ ideological and political education,we should change the work mode based on the succession and innovation of tradition.Teachers must adapt themselves to the new media era and take advantages of new media completely.And then teachers of college students’ ideological and political education can face the new challenges in the MicroAge.
