摘要
从南昌几处主要水域的沉积物中运用平板培养法筛选解磷菌,经过多次传代培养最终分离出2株可稳定保持解磷活性的有机磷解磷菌(命名为OP1和OP2),OP1的D/d值为5.5,OP2的D/d值为7。利用16srDNA分子生物学技术鉴定,OP1和OP2菌均属于伯克霍尔德氏菌。采用钼蓝比色法对其解磷能力进行测定,OP1和OP2对有机磷的释放分别在96 h和48 h时达到最大值。
Phosphorous bacterias in the sediments from several urban waters of Nanchang were separated by plate method.After several subculturing,two strains of phosphorous bacterias were purified,which can keep the stable phosphate-solubilizing capability.Using the molybdenum blue spectrophotometry,the phosptate-solubilizing capabilities were determined.The concentration of phosphate of OP1 and OP2 in the supernatant reached to the top after 96 h and 48 h.By the 16s ribosomal DNA gene sequences analysis,all of OP1 and OP2 were identified as Burkholderia.
