摘要
采用碳酸盐共沉淀法在氢气气氛下无压烧结制备Y2-xLaxO3(x=0~0.4)透明陶瓷,实验结果表明:在1 570℃氢气气氛下烧结5 h,随着La2O3含量的增加,烧结试样的相对密度及硬度均先上升后下降,其最大值分别达到了99.2%和809 HV,获得了透明陶瓷,其平均粒径仅为5~10μm。
Y2-xLaxO3(x = 0 ~ 0.4) transparent ceramics were fabricated by sintering the ceramic powders produced via carbonate coprecipitation method under hydrogen atmosphere,The results show that with the increasing of La 2 O 3 content,the relative density and hardness of the samples sintered at 1 570 ℃ for 5 h under hydrogen atmosphere firstly increases and then decreases,with their maxim reaching 99.2% and 809 HV respectively,the sintered samples have high transmittance and are only 5 ~ 10 μm in average grain diameter.
