添加剂对乙醇制乙烯沸石催化剂的影响

Effect of additives on ZSM-5 catalysts for ethylene production from ethanol

为了降低乙醇脱水制乙烯的HZSM-5催化剂的成本,考察了加入不同的添加剂(拟薄水铝石、高岭土、A组分)对HZSM-5催化剂性能的影响。结果发现,加入A组分的HZSM-5催化剂有较高的活性和稳定性,并提高了其机械强度。

To reduce the cost of HZSM-5 catalysts for production of ethylene by dehydration of ethanol,effects of several additives,pseudo boehmite,kaolinite and substance A,on the performances of the HZSM-5 catalyst were investigated.It was found that the catalyst modified by adding substance A had high activity and stability and showed an improved mechanical strength.At last,development prospects of HZSM-5 catalysts were looked forward.
