级联型天然气液化HYSYS计算模型研究

Study on Cascade Type LNG HYSYS Computation Model

LNG调峰站主要用于天然气液化调峰使用,调峰装置的推广使用会对我国液化天然气工业发展产生深远影响。法国燃气公司所采用的新型级联型天然气液化流程调峰装置代表了目前国际上天然气液化流程的发展趋势。由于国外公司并没提供该装置的模拟计算,致使生产运行中有些参数无法进行优化控制。结合该装置的生产运行参数,采用国际上著名的HYSYS软件进行模拟、分析、研究和计算,找出其中的关键参数控制点。该模型研究不仅对天然气液化设计提供理论依据,还可对所建装置进行生产分析,优化系统参数,提高运行负荷,以最少的能耗获得更高的产率。该计算模型研究对于国内开展天然气液化设计提供理论上的指导;对所建天然气液化装置提供参数优化、工况考核等技术支撑。

LNG peak shaving station in Pudong,Shanghai,is the first liquefied natural gas peak shaving facility in China and its construction has produced profound influence in domestic LNG industry.In the peak shaving facility construction,adopted was the new cascade type natural gas liquefaction process imported from Gaz de France,the process represents the current international trend of the development of natural gas liquefaction process.Because no simulation computation results of the facility are available,some parameters can not be optimally controlled during its operation.In order to optimize the operating parameters,adopted is the international famous HYSYS software for simulation,analysis,research and calculation and found out are control points of some key parameters and the obtained results can provide theoretical basis and guidance for natural gas liquefaction process design.
