摘要
介绍了新产品研发流程管理技术及动力总成产品研发的流程管理方案,并通过实践验证,证实了流程管理技术的应用效果,进一步说明了研发流程对产品研发项目的指导作用。
The theory of the new product development process and the process of powertrain development are described in this article. The effect of the application with NPD process is verified by a practice case, and the guide function of the NPD process to a NPD project is also verified.
