“三硬”薄煤层综采面矿压显现规律探析

摘要 以"三硬"薄煤层综采工作面为研究对象,对其矿压显现规律进行研究。通过现场实测、统计、处理、分析工作面支架工作阻力,得出了"三硬"薄煤层综采工作面上方顶板运动不及中厚煤层强烈;整个工作面平均工作阻力2 150.9 kN,约为支架额定工作阻力的65.17%,其中工作面上部支架平均工作阻力最大,工作面的下部支架平均工作阻力最小;超前支撑压力影响范围在煤壁前方15~18 m。并对液压支架运行状况以及支架对顶底板的适应性进行了分析。 Taking the fully-mechanized working face of " three hard" thin seam as research object, the laws of strata-pressure behavior were studied. By field measurement, statics and analysis of support working resistance on working face, the behavior law that the roof movement in thin seam is less stronger than medium-thickness seam was revealed. The average working resistance of the entire face was 2 150.9 kN, and was approximately 65.17% of the working resistance. The average working resistance of the top face was the largest, and the bottom was the least. The sphere of influence of advanced supporting pressure was 15 - 18 m. The hydraulic support operating conditions as well as supports adaptability of the roof and floor were also analyzed.
