赵固二矿大断面岩巷快速掘进技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对赵固二矿Ⅰ盘区胶带运输大巷(西段)炮掘工作面巷道成型差、施工速度慢、成巷初期变形量大的情况,在现场调研的基础上,通过优化爆破参数、增大掏槽眼深度和控制周边眼装药量,提高了巷道成型质量。通过改进施工工艺,实现掘支平行作业,加快了施工速度,实现月进尺93.8 m。通过调整二次锚喷支护时间和顶板锚索间排距,提高了顶板支护强度,有效控制了巷道变形,使巷道成型初期两帮最大日变形量从50 mm降低到10 mm。 According to the situation of bad shape,low construction speed and large convergence of two walls in blast excavation face of western section of main entry for belt transportation in I panel of Zhaogu No. 2 Coal Mine,the quality of roadway shape was improved through optimization of blasting parameters, increasing the depth of cut hole and regulating charge quantity of contour hole. Construction speed was enhanced by improving the technics as well as realizing the parallel operation of excavation and supporting, and achieving 93. 8 m of drilling footage per month. Roadway deformation was effectively controlled by means of adjusting the time of second boh-shotcrete supporting and the row and line space of anchor in roof. Roof supporting strength was reinforced and the largest convergence was reduced to 10 mm from 50 mm per day at the initial stage.
