摘要
通过对现有瓦斯抽采措施、方法以及综放工作面回采、掘进期间采场瓦斯运移规律的理论分析,提出了采掘共抽瓦斯技术。综放工作面准备时,瓦斯抽采的层位由煤层底部转到顶部煤层,通过合理设计钻孔参数,使瓦斯抽采钻孔由单一用途钻孔变为预抽、采动抽、采后抽多用途钻孔,抽采钻场变为多用途钻场。现场试验取得了很好的抽采效益和效果。
Through the analysis on the existing gas drainage measures and methods, as well as analysis of gas migration law theory in mining field during mining and driving on fully-mechanized caving face, the technology of coal mining and gas extraction simultaneously was put forward. During preparation of fully-mechanized caving face, gas drainage layer will be from bottom to top seam. Through the rational design of drilling parameters,it will make the gas drainage borehole with single use into multipurpose drill for gas pre-drainage, pumping gas under mining pressure and pumping gas after mining. Drainage drilling field will become a drilling field with multipurpose. Field tests show the efficiency and the effect of the gas drainage is very good.
