摘要
研究工作状态下附件机匣的壳体变形,对于提高航空发动机的安全性、可靠性具有重要意义。结合使用MASTA软件和ANSYS软件,综合考虑齿轮、轴、轴承和壳体等零部件的变形及其在传动过程中的相互影响,得到真实的轴承载荷和壳体变形结果,并提出通过计算齿轮轴平行度的方法对壳体变形量进行评估的方法。此外,采用杠杆砝码加载,模拟实际工作中扭矩传递的壳体变形试验方法。将试验值与计算值进行对比分析可知,二者虽然存在一定误差,但量级基本一致,该方法可作为机匣壳体变形试验的1种探索性测量方法。
The housing distortion research of accessory gearbox used in the operation is significant to the security and reliability of aeroengine.Based on MASTA and ANSYS software,the results of bearing loading and housing distortion were obtained by integrating with the interrelationship of the gear,shaft,bearing and housing deflection.An evaluating method of housing distortion was proposed by the parallelism calculation of gear shafts.An experimental method of housing distortion for torque transfer was simulated by the lever and poise loading in the operation.The test data were compared with the calculating results show that the measurement method of housing distortion experiment was studied.
