摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定了小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的含量。甲醇提取样品中过氧化苯甲酰被碘化钾还原为苯甲酸,采用Agilent C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇+水(含0.02mol/L乙酸铵)(体积比为10∶90),检测波长230nm,用外标法定量。该实验方法检出限为0.45mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.99%~1.45%,回收率为91.0%~110.0%。方法快速准确、灵敏度高,实验证明抽查测试的小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量符合食品添加剂使用卫生标准,可供健康食用。
A HPLC method for determination of the content of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was used. 13enzo- yl peroxide in samples was extracted with methanol, and restored it to benzoic acid with potassium iodide. Agilent Cls (4.6 mm ~ 150 mm, 5ttm) column is utilized, mobile phase is combined with methanol and water which containing 0.02 tool / L ammonium acetate(volume ratio of methanol and water is 10 : 90), detection wavelength is 230 nm, and it is quantitativly with external standard method. The limit of detec- tion was 0.45mg/kg, the relative standard deviations was 0. 99%--1. 45%, the recoveries was 91.0%- 110.0%. The method is fast, accurate and high sensitivity. The experiment proved that the content of ben- zoyl peroxide in wheat flour which is spot--check tested is in line with the health standards with use of food additives, and it is healthy for human consumption.
