摘要
目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症伴不孕术后妊娠情况。方法对2007—2010年在南方医科大学附属中山市博爱医院经保留生育功能的保守性手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的患者126例,进行回顾性分析。依据手术后处理方法不同分为:药物组(术后采用药物治疗)74例、对照组(术后未药物治疗)52例。对2组病例均进行随访24～36个月,对术后妊娠情况进行分析。结果药物组妊娠率47.29%(35/74),对照组妊娠率26.92%(14/52),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的患者术后药物治疗可提高妊娠率。
Objective To study the pregnancy rate after surgery for ovarian endometriosis associated with infertility. Methods Data of 126 ovarian endometriosis patients with infertility who underwent conservative operation in the affiliated Bo＇ai hospital of Southern Medical University between 2007 and 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Among the 126 patients, 74 received postoperative medication （drug group） and 52 received no treatment （control group）. Patients were followed up for 24-36 months and postoperative pregnancy rate was analyzed. Results The pregnancy rate in drug group was significantly higher than that in control group（47.29% vs 26.92%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative drug therapy can improve the pregnancy rate in ovarian endometriosis patients with infertility.
