摘要
通过对"2m矿层"残矿回收过程中可能产生的危险有害因素进行科学辨识,在此基础上,对作业现场进行现状评价,提出具体有效的风险控制措施。现场采取安全支护、接顶充填、重新拉切等技术手段,减小充填体的暴露面积及对作业人员的威胁,最终实现安全、高效回收的目的。
Chromite Mineral of some Coast Chromite Deposit in Indonesia is not very pure, almost all ironbearing minerals(chromite and magnetite) contain gangue minerals, there are about 20% gangue minerals in chromite minerals. The ore contains Cr2O3 37.45M and Fe 19.36%, through comparing technological process, the technological process of no grinding but directly gravity concentrating is decided. Chromite concentrate with CrzOs content of 41.37 %, Fe content of 20.58 % is gained, the recovery of Cr2O3 and Fe is respectively 88.67% and 85.36%.
