摘要
印尼海滨铬铁矿砂中的铬铁矿物极不纯净,几乎全部的铁矿物(铬铁矿和磁铁矿)都包裹脉石矿物,铁矿物中平均约有20%左右的脉石矿物包裹体。在原矿含Cr2O337.45%、含铁19.36%情况下,通过多流程对比,最终确定原矿不经磨矿,直接重选的试验方案,可得品位Cr2O341.37%、Fe 20.58%的铬铁矿精矿,Cr2O3和Fe回收率分别为88.67%和85.36%。
This thesis will have a scientific study of dangerous factor caused in the process of recycling of " 2 meters ledge"remnant ore. On the basis of this, it will have a current situation evaluation of the working site and raise concrete and effective controlling measures. On the site such technological measures will be adopted like safety support, top tight filling and anew pulling and cutting to reduce the exposed area of fill- ing objects and threat to workers. In this way, a safe and efficient recycling purpose can be realized.
