电解机组变频器故障分析及解决方案

摘要 国内电解铝行业迅猛发展,随着电解工艺的不断改进和电解槽电流的不断提高,电解机组的运行环境越来越恶劣。这种恶劣的环境因素对电控系统中的变频器产生了较大影响,在一些大电流、强磁场、高温、多导电性粉尘的电解车间,电解机组出现了行走困难、无法启动甚至变频器烧毁的问题。变频器的运行情况直接影响整个机组的运转率,必须采取措施,保证变频器的稳定运行。本文主要介绍变频器的原理,分析大电流强度的电解车间环境对变频器不能正常工作的影响,并根据分析的结果,给出电解机组变频器具体的选型方案,取得满意的效果。 In recent years, domestic electrolytic aluminum industry has been rapid developed with the continuous improvement of electrolytic process and the increased of the current in the pot, thus, operating environment of the electrolysis unit has become increasingly harsh which generates greater impacts on frequency converter of the electrical control system, in a number of pot rooms with high-current, high magnetic field, high temperature , conductive dust, it is found that the electrolysis unit had problems as difficult moving, can not start properly and even burned frequency converter sometimes. The operation of the inverter directly affects the operation of the entire unit, measures must be taken to ensure the stable opera- tion of the frequency converter. This paper describes the principle of the inverter and analyses how pot room environment with intensive current affects the inverter, in accordance with the results of the analysis, it brings up the idea of specific converter model selection program to obtain satisfactory configuration.
