Improvement and Machining of Special Shape Cutter Body

针对整体刀体与活刀体介绍,通过前后改进设计方案,从而产生加工方法的改变。在面对新的刀体加工难度大等问题,通过设计和改进新的加工方法和工装方案,采用同轴孔和键槽相结合的方法进而实现活刀体的成功加工,最终实现生产效率的提高,成本降低。

This paper is giving an introduction on overall cutter body and movable cutter . It changes the fabricating methods by improving the design proposal. Under the difficult processing issues of new cutter , we design and improve machining methods and fixture Tooling plan by adopting the methods of combining axle hole and keyway in order to fabricate the movable cutter. It realizes the increase of production efficiency and cost reduction
