摘要
面对天车大梁焊接时由于翻转不同步造成的机构损坏、整个天车大梁的焊接量大、翻车机占地面积较大、电机功率高的现状,本文通过介绍一款有别于传统大梁翻车机的新型多功能大梁翻车机,从翻车机的结构亮点、工作原理到设计参数、配置选择等进行优化,进而根本上解决现有大梁翻车机无法完全满足同步要求、占地面积大、整体结构笨重的问题,实现生产效益最优化。
