摘要
通过对土木工程质量管理与控制重要意义的分析论证,并附以简单,工程实例证明土木工程质量关系到建(构)筑物的安全可靠,直接影响人民生活和财产安全及社会稳定,必须引起足够重视,管理得当,控制合理,才能向用户提供稳定可靠的建筑"产品"。
The importance of civil engineering quality with respect to the safety and reliability of buildings and structures is demonstrated through analyses of quality management and quality control and supported by some real life cases. Such safety issues directly threaten people＇s life and property and social stability. Therefore, civil engineering quality must be well managed and controlled with great attention in order to provide customers with stable and reliable construction products.
