The Study on Internationalization of Nonferrous Metal Mining Corporation of China

自"走出去"战略提出以来,我国有色矿业企业积极参与跨国并购,为应对国内资源供给短缺问题开辟了道路,同时也促进了我国跨国企业品牌的树立。然而我国有色矿业企业国际化起步较晚,对外投资面临种种阻碍。对此,本文从全球有色矿业发展趋势入手,深入分析国际矿业巨头运营模式以及国内海外并购成功案例,从而总结出相关经验及建议。

Since the ＂Go Out Policy＂ has been proposed, Chinese Nonferrous Metal Mining enterprisesbegin to involve in transnational M＆A proactively. International operation of Chinese enterprises not only solves the problem of domestic resources shortage, but also helps to build global brand. However, Internationalization of Chinese nonferrous metal mining enterprises are still at the exploratory stage. In this regard, this research begin with the tendency of industry development, and analyses the international mining giants operating model as well as success case of transnational M＆A. The last part summarizes the relevant experience and provides recommendations.
