海归技术溢出、产业集聚与技术进步——中国制造业行业数据的实证检验

On the Returnees Technology Splitover,Industrial Agglomeration and Technology Progress ——An Evidence based on Data of Manufacturing Industries in China

从理论层面梳理了海归技术溢出、产业集聚与东道国技术进步之间的关系;通过构建产业集聚的HHI指数,运用面板数据模型分别考察了海归技术溢出对中国产业集聚影响及海归技术溢出与产业集聚的互动对中国产业层面全要素生产率的影响。实证结果表明,海归技术溢出对中国产业地理集聚具有积极影响,海归技术溢出与产业集聚的互动促进了各行业的全要素生产率提升,且该效应在不同集聚度行业和不同技术层次行业差异显著,其在高技术行业和高集聚度行业中的效应最为显著。

In this paper, we simply discuss the relationship between returnees technology spli rover, industrial agglomeration and technology progress from theoretical level. Based on the panel data model and HHI index, we examine the effect of Returnees technology splitover on industrial agglomeration in China, and the effect of interaction of Returnees technology splitover and industri- al agglomeration on all-factors productivity on the industrial level in China. The interaction of Re turnees technology splitover and industrial agglomeration promote the increase of total factor pro- ductivity of all the industries. And its effect is different in different agglomeration industries and different technological industries. And it has the most obvious effect on high-tech industries and high agglomeration industries.
