省属综合性大学卓越医师培养的探索

Exploration into cultivating excellent doctors in provincial comprehensive university

医学院校结合自身办学资源和特色,提出相应的卓越医师培养目标及实施模式,为培养具有行业适应能力的医生提供重要平台。文章就扬州大学卓越医师的培养目标、实施模式、保障措施进行阐述,总结并分析实践过程中遇到的问题,对进一步落实卓越医师培养计划具有重要意义。

Implementation of the plan to cultivate excellent doctors ensures comprehensive enhancement of medical education quality. On the basis of teaching resources and features, medical schools put forward teaching aim and detailed carry-out modes for outstanding doctors ,which will be an important platform for cultivating doctors with high adaptability. This article elucidated cultivation aims ,imple-mentation modes, and insuring measures for excellent doctors＇ education in Yangzhou University, and summarized problems met in edu- cating practice. The study has an important significance for further implementing the plan for the cultivation of excellent doctors.
