对西江经济带加快发展现代农业的思考

Transform the Mode of Development and Speed up Modern Agriculture——Reflections on How to Speed up Modern Agriculture of the West River Economic Zone

西江经济带是广西"两区一带"发展规划中的重要部分,本文分析了西江经济带比较优势,对西江经济带如何加快发展现代农业做出了初步探讨。西江经济带面临人多地少,城镇化、工业化快速推进的现实,发展现代农业是西江经济带实现土地集约利用,实现农村现代化、发挥比较优势的必然选择。但也面临环境、人才、市场、经营体系等制约因素,针对这些问题提出了相应对策,对提速西江经济带的现代农业发展具有现实意义。

The West River Economic Belt is an important part of Guangxi development strategy of Two Areas and One Belt. This paper analyzes the advantages of the West River Economic Belt, and makes a preliminary study on how to accelerate the development of modem agriculture of the West River Economic Belt. The West River Economic Zone faces a problem of more people but less land. During the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, accelerating the development of modem agriculture is the inevitable choice to achieve land intensive use, to realize the countryside modernization and to give full play to the comparative advantages. But the Belt also faces with constraining conditions such as environment, talents, markets and management systems. This paper puts forward countermeasures to these problems, in hope to speed up the development of modern agriculture in the West River Economic Belt.
