On the Deliberative Model of Doctor-patient Relationship

医患关系是医患双方之间的互动关系,根据双方在医疗活动中的地位、角色的不同,它可以划分为不同的模式类型,商谈式医患关系模式就是其中之一,这一模式蕴含了隽永的伦理意蕴,预示着医患关系模式发展的新趋向,是较理想的医患关系模式。但并非所有的医患关系都可以建立在这一模式基础上,商谈模式的建立需要一定的条件,其本身也有一些局限。

Doctor-patient relationship is an interactive relationship between doctors and patients. According to the status of doctor-patient and the role of both sides in medical activities, it can be divided into different models, and the deliberative model of relationship between doctors and patients is one of those. This model contains meaningful ethical implications and it indicates the new trend of development of the doctor-patient relationship model. So it is the ideal model of relationship between doctors and patients. But not all of the doctor-patient relationships are based on deliberative model. It needs certain conditions to establish the deliberative model, and the deliberative model itself also has some limitations.
