高校继续教育在终身教育公共体系中的发展再认识

Reconsideration of the Development of Colleges and Universities’ Continuous Education in the Public System of Lifelong Education

高校继续教育是终身教育、终身学习的重要组成部分,高校具有雄厚的师资力量、丰富的教学资源、高端的科学技术等优势,理应成为重要的终身学习基地。但是高校继续教育的发展还存在不少问题,尚未发挥出其应有的作用。笔者针对其中的关键问题提出建设终身学习公共体系中的高校继续教育的建议与对策。

Continuous education in colleges and universities is an important part of lifelong education. Colleges and universities have sufficient teaching faculty, rich teaching resources, high-end science and technology advantages, should become the important base for lifelong education. However, they fail to exert those advantages fully. This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the problems existing in the colleges and universities＇ continuous education in the public lifelong learning system.
