摘要
为提高冷却通水效率,保证工程质量,研制大体积混凝土冷却通水智能控制系统.通过对混凝土冷却通水的流量和水温的数据进行自动采集,结合混凝土内部温度,根据仿人工智能控制算法计算通水流量,对流量进行自动调节,并应用于锦屏水电站混凝土大坝.实现了冷却通水控制的标准化、自动化运行,加强了混凝土温控效果,提高了工作效率.
In order to improve the efficiency of cooling through water and ensure the quality of the project, an intelligent control system of cooling water for mass concrete is developed. By collecting mass concrete's water flow and temperature data automatically, combining with concrete internal temperature and intelligent control algorithm to calculate the water flow, to adjust the water flow automatically; and this system has been ap- plied to the concrete dam of Jinping Hydropower Station, so as to standardize cooling through water control, automated operation, and to strengthen the concrete temperature control effect, and improve work efficiency.
