水利工程管理现代化是水利现代化不可或缺的部分,以《水利工程管理考核办法》为基础,研究建立了水利工程管理现代化的评价指标体系,包括3个层次、4个子目标和22个指标,并提出了合理评测工程管理现代化水平的方法。湖北省某水库的实例研究表明,所提出的指标体系能客观体现水利工程管理的现状水平及其与现代化目标之间的差距,评价方法及其结果是合理有效的.

The modernization of hydraulic projects management is an essential component for hydraulic pro- jects modernization. An evaluation index system of the modernization of hydraulic projects management is de- veloped. This system includes three layers, four objectives and twenty-two indicators. The quantitative meth- od of this system is also proposed. A case study of a reservoir in Hubei province is given to illustrate the methodology. The results show that the developed index system and method can be used to evaluate the cur- rent development level of hydraulic projects management.
