阳离子PAM絮凝剂对钻孔泥浆絮凝效果的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 钻孔灌注桩施工过程中通常需要用到泥浆护壁,造成越来越多的废弃钻孔泥浆,对钻孔泥浆的脱水处理也受到越来越多的关注.以温州地区某地施工现场的废弃钻孔泥浆为试验对象,通过添加不同分子量的阳离子PAM絮凝剂,对其进行絮凝试验,研究了泥浆的pH值、粘度、Zeta电位在絮凝过程中的变化规律.试验结果表明:随着钻孔泥浆絮凝的进行,pH值、粘度逐渐变大,且分子量越大,pH值及粘度也越大;Zeta电位先减小后增大. Mud often need to be used in the construction process of bored pile, resulting in more and more waste drilling mud; so the dehydration treatment of drilling mud has been paid more and more attention. We use waste drilling mud from a construction site in Wenzhou city as the experimental object, adding the cationic flocculant PAM of different molecular weights to the drilling mud for the flocculation and filtration experi- ment, and study the change rule of the pH value, viscosity, Zeta potential in the flocculation process. The experimental results show that in the process of the drilling mud flocculation, the pH value becomes larger; and the higher molecular weight is, the bigger pH value and viscosity are; Zeta potential increases first and then decreases.
