The application of AHP and FUZZY in evaluating scholarships of colleges

明确的导向性和科学的操作性是当前高校奖学金评定过程中亟待解决的问题。文章首先介绍了以国家教育改革发展纲要为依据,联合高等教育专家和企业HR共同确定的奖学金评价指标体系。然后,利用模糊综合评判及模糊层次分析法,建立奖学金评定模型,在减小主观性的同时增加评定过程的科学性。最后,通过示例分析证明了评定模型的科学性。

The clear guidance and scientific operability are the problems to be solved in the col- lege scholarships evaluation process. Firstly, based on the outline for the development of na- tional education reform, a scholarship evaluation index system is determined in combination with high education experts and corporate HR. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are used to establish a scholarships evaluation model, which is supposed to reduce the subjectivity and make the evaluation process more scientific. Finally, sample analyses prove the evaluation model to be scientific and feasible.
