摘要
以河北农业大学后勤管理工作在"节约型"方面的积极探索为起点,通过对后勤资源的摸底定性,对高校后勤管理改革提出了探索性的建议:区别化管理,分级管理,行政性管理与企业化管理要分开;企业化管理要充分运用授权机制,做到有收有放;增强监督考核机制有效性,建立灵敏的反馈机制。
The paper takes the actively exploring of the rear service management work of Agri- cultural University of Hebei in the conservation-oriented aspect as the starting point. Based on the investigation and qualitative study for the logistic resources, the paper puts forward some exploratory proposals on the logistics reform. The management should be discriminative and classified, while administrative management and enterprise management should be separated. The enterprise management should make full use of authorization mechanism, and should catch and release befittingly. The effectiveness of the supervision and assessment mechanism should be enhanced, and the sensitive feedback mechanism should be established.
