摘要
"十二五"之后,我国国民经济结构调整步伐加快,对外开放水平与质量进一步提高。作为河北省"东出西联"发展战略重要出海口,渤海新区在面临着巨大发展机遇的同时,也面临诸多问题与挑战。为抓住机遇,加快渤海新区的产业发展,全面认识渤海新区产业发展环境十分必要。基于对渤海新区协调发展的内在优势和劣势、外在机遇和威胁的分析,提出了优化产业结构、培育重点产业集群、加强区域合作、合理开发湿地旅游、培养特色人才等措施。
After ＂the twelfth five-year-plan＂, the adjustment pace of national economy structure is quickened, with the opening level and quality further improved. As an essential seaport of ＂East out-western union ＂ development strategy in Hebei, Bohai New Area is facing enormous development opportunities, and simultaneously, many problems and challenges. It is necessary to well know its industry development environment for seizing the opportunity and speeding up the industrial development. This paper analyzes the inner strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, and then proposes some corresponding measures including optimizing its industrial structure, fostering its key industry cluster, strengthening its regional cooperation and develop its wetland tourism resources rationally and cultivating talents with＇special abilities.
